Create a Survey Using Custom Questions
Recorder > Modify Study Details > Survey Definitions tab > Add
To create a new survey:
1. In the
Survey Definitions
tab, click
Add
. The
Survey Definition
dialog box opens.
2. Enter the
Survey Details
.
You can modify survey names and associations in the
Survey Definitions
tab.
3. Select
Custom Questions
.

.
4. Define questions for the survey. For more on adding questions and the available types, see
Survey
Question Types
.
5. When you finish adding questions, click
OK
to close the
Survey Definition
dialog box.
