Error correction
corresponds to the level of the error correction used to generate the QR code. So it is only available
for this code. Four values are possible (L, M, Q, H), L being the lowest and H the highest. The more the error
correction is high, the more the code is redundant so we minimize reading issues in the case of scratch or others.
The more the error correction is low, the more characters can be coded for a given format.
The UID button code allows inserting a UID code in the datamatrix. When you press it, the following window
appears.
Fill this field with the UID code number on 3 digits, for example 030 for <RS> and confirm.
Then the UID code number is added to the Datamatrix text field with a specific coding, ~d030 in the previous
example.
To delete a UID code, use the key delete to remove all the characters, coding ones included (~d).
