 Position the autoclave on a
surface, suitable to support the
weight (80 Kgs.) and with
adequate dimensions
 The supporting surface has to be
perfectly horizontal. A wrong
inclination may cause a bad
working of the autoclave.
 Position the autoclave to the suitable height to allow an easy intervention from the
operator for the inspection and cleaning of the complete sterilization chamber.
 Open the door of the autoclave and remove the complete kit of accessories from the
chamber.
 Put into the chamber only the tray-holder with the trays. All the other accessories has
to be positioned in a separate area available to the operators.
 Don’t put anything on the autoclave.
 Never lean to the door, when open.

Leave a space of at least 5 cm. between the back of the autoclave and the wall. To
do this, use the proper plastic spacer (included in the kit of accessories). Leave the
same space in the sides of the device, in order to assure the required ventilation.

