VACUUM TIMEOUT
(In the Vacuum Test, during the holding 1 phase, the pressure raise over 10%
comparing to the value of -0.9 bar in the beginning of the test)
A121
VACUUM TIMEOUT
(in the Vacuum Test, during the holding 2 phase, the pressure raise over 13 mbar
comparing to the pressure read at the end of the holding 1)
TECHNICAL INTERVENTION
Preliminary activity:
clean the gasket of the door and the external ring of the chamber,
where the gasket lean, and perfectly dry the chamber.
Run a VACUUM TEST
Verify the holding of the valves
EV2 / EV3
If during the cycle the autoclave suctions air from the bacterial filter, check the valve
EV5
If at the end of the cycle some water remains into the chamber, check and in case replace
the valve
EV4.
If the problem has not yet been individuated, run a SERVICE TEST (read par. 08.3 point 7)
When the autoclave is in pressure, check eventual losses on the following components
(procedure
P06
):
Door gasket -> replace the gasket
Pneumatic Circuit -> replace the damaged part of the pipe
Connection of the temperature probes -> replace the ogives (procedure
P05
)
Radiator -> replace the pierced radiator
Connections and nut of the chamber -> replace eventual broken or old connections
Sleeve welded on the chamber -> replace the chamber
A131
WATER FILLING UP TIMEOUT
The autoclave has not filled up the present quantity of water in 60 seconds.
TECHNICAL INTERVENTION
Check and in case replace the FLOWMETER.
Some reading problems by the flowmeter may be occurred; replace the MAIN BOARD.
Check the correct introduction of the connector, electric continuity on the wiring, in case
replace it.
Check possible obstructions or chocking in the connecting pipe between the tank and the
flowmeter.
In case of a contact problem (connector detached or defective) or in case of anomaly of
the lever probe of the clean water tank, the autoclave might as well consider correct the
conditions to start a cycle. In this case, check the wiring and in case replace the lever
probe (procedure
P14
).
Verify that the hole inside the tank is not obstructed by impurities.
