PT1000 CALIBRATION
In order to calibrate the PT1000 follow procedure P12
PARAMETER OFFSET
To run the parameter offset follow procedure P20
SERVICE TEST CYCLE
Runs a reduced operating cycle (with a vacuum stage) to
quickly test the autoclave operation.
EV RUNNING TEST
Runs an automatic control test on the operation of all the
electrovalves fitted in the machine.
The display features the list of the electrovalves controlled in sequence with the test
result alongside each of them. In this message is displayed the test on the
electrovalve has been successful; if this message is displayed the test on the
electrovalve has failed. In the event of the second signal, the authorised technician must
work on the faulty electrovalve. At the end of the test the display shows “ Press a key to
continue! ”, press one of the three keys to exit the test menu and go back to the main
menu.
LOGGING MODE
Gives the option to select the mode:
NORMAL
: to store the data for the cycle in progress every
30s.
DEBUG
: to store the data for the cycle in progress every
10s.
MAGNETE TEST
Press to start the safety magnet test which locks the
door (without starting the cycle). Press
Unlock to go back
to the main screen.
MANTAINANCE NOTICE
Once the maintenance is completed it inhibits the
notification at intervals of 800 cycles
EXIT
Allows going back to the operating screen.
At the end of the technical intervention, we
recommend switching off the machine to completely
exit the technical menu
