DOOR STANDARD ERROR
(at the end of the procedure of door closing, the micros are not in the correct status)
TECHNICAL INTERVENTION
A problem relative to the micros of the closing system occurred, which is not foreseen in
the software. Repeat the operation and, in case, replace the USER BOARD

PRESSURE TRANSDUCER OUT OF SCALE
(pressure is over 2.5 bar in any moment of the cycle)
TECHNICAL INTERVENTION
Check that the connector is well fixed on the MAIN BOARD and that the wiring of the
transducer is not damaged, in case replace it.
Replace the pressure transducer
The MAIN BOARD reads a wrong value of the pressure. Replace the MAIN BOARD
Check EV3 an EV6, in case replace them

SD CARD ACCESS WITH ERROR
(in case in any phase of the cycle, it is impossible for the autoclave to accede to the SD CARD)
TECHNICAL INTERVENTION
Replace the SD CARD with a new one
Check the communication wiring between SD BOARD and USER BOARD, in case
replace it.
Replace the USER BOARD.

(T1 is out of the superior limit for +10sec /cicle 121°C -> limit = 125°C / cicle 134°C -> limit 138°C)
TECHNICAL INTERVENTION
Execute from the technical menu: CALIBRATION PT1000 TEMPERATURE PROBES, to
proceed with the re-calibration of the PT1000 probes
Replace the PT1000 (temperature probes)
The MAIN BOARD doesn’t read correctly the information sent by the PT1000, replace it.
The MAIN BOARD doesn’t manage correctly the heater, replace it.
Wrong transmission of the heat due to the heating element settling. Tighten the heating
element or in case replace it (procedure
