Programming the Remote

This remote unit may not operate all models of the
brands shown.

If batteries are removed from the battery compartment
of the remote unit, all memory will be lost. You need to
re-enter all previously programmed codes again.
< The buttons on the remote unit may not work corre-
spondingly with those on the components brands.
Experiment with the remote unit and your components
to see which buttons work.If only a few functions
operate, check to see if another code set will work
with more buttons.
< Only use alkaline batteries.
Using the TV, CABLE and SAT Buttons
on the Remote Control
Your unit remote control has been designed to work
with other brands of TV, CABLE and SAT units. To deter-
mine whether your TV, CABLE or SAT are compatible,
follow the instructions below.
Switch your TV or CABLE or SAT on.
Look up the brand and corresponding code number
in the code list following pages.
Point the remote control towards the television.
While keeping the corresponding Source Button (like
TV, CABLE, SAT) on the remote pressed, enter the
code from the code list through the Number Buttons.
(Correct input : LAMP LED blinks twice, Incorrect
input : LAMP LED blinks five times.)
It is now programmed to operate with remote con-
trol.
If several codes are indicated for your TV, CABLE and
SAT's brand, try each one in turn until you find one that
works.
