12.2.4 NT - TE Switching of the HST Saphir III ML DUAL ISDN Karte (Optional)

Chaning the Saphir Config Files does the switching from NT to TE and respectively the reverese. The
corresponding configuration file is under: /etc/saphir.ini

To change the configuration you must at first log on to the console.

With the command vi /etc/saphir.ini the configuration file will be opened.

In the following section the TE

– NT behaviour is defined.

The value 0x0 stands for TE and the value 0x1 stands vor NT. In delivery status port1 is TE and port2 NT.
