3.4.3 SC : 4 (0x0004) / Receive only mode

Set GXE to receive only mode.

When set to this mode, GXE ignores all queries and does not perform actions or responses.

However, only diagnostic subcode 0x0001 is accepted, the communication port is initialized and restarted, 

and the  receive only mode is canceled.
