EXPORT TICKET CONFIG
Setting allows a customer to copy a configured ticket from one register and transfer it
to another register without having to reprogram ticket.
Procedure to copy and transfer configured ticket:
1)
Insert an empty USB thumb drive (dongle) into port labeled USB 3.0. Specifications for the USB thumb
drive should be 8 Gigabytes and formatted to FAT 32.

configuration will be copied to the USB thumb drive (dongle). When the screen displays
CONFIGURATION EXPORTED, you can remove the USB from the register and press any key to
continue.
3)
Plug the USB into the USB 3.0 port on the TCS 3000 register you wish to upload the ticket
configuration.
4)
Under Advanced Functions, locate System Update and press ENTER.
5)
The screen will immediately say Update Found, please remove the media now.
6)
If the thumb drive is not recognized or there is a faulty cable, the display will respond with NO
UPDATE DATA error message.
7)
Once the file is recognized, the operating system will begin the update process. This should
take approximately 45 seconds.
