B) Begin Recalibration
*NOTE: ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE CALIBRATED INDIVIDUALLY *
FULL CALIBRATION:
Select Full Calibration to clear old calibration value(s) and
establish a new calibration point for Product.
1) The display will prompt you to press START to begin automatic calibration of the flow meter.
Press STOP when finished with a certified Weights & Measures volumetric or gravimetric
proving system.
2) Input Prover Value and press ENTER. A Calibration Summary screen will appear with the
Gross Amount, Net Amount, Average Temperature, Compensation Table, Pulse/Second and
Pulse/Volume (Meter Calibration Value).
3) Press START to Accept calibration value.
4) The display will ask if you would like to store this point. Enter to Store the calibration value or
press Mode to run calibration over again.
NOTE: failure to Store the calibration value will loose the calibration data and require
you to run the FULL CALIBRATION over again.
ADD POINT:
Select Add Point to create a Multi-Point Calibration curve over the entire flow
range of the flow meter. The minimum points required are two (2) and one hundred (100) is
your maximum points accepted.
1) Select Add Point to add an addition point at a specific flow rate to linearize your calibration
curve from minimum to maximum flow rates.
2) The display will prompt you to press START to begin automatic calibration of the flow meter.
Press STOP when finished with a certified Weights & Measures volumetric or gravimetric
proving system.
3) Input Prover Value and press ENTER. A Calibration Summary screen will appear with the
Gross Amount, Net Amount, Average Temperature, Compensation Table, Pulse/Second and
Pulse/Volume (Meter Calibration Value).
4) Press START to Accept calibration value.
5) The display will ask if you would like to store this point. Enter to Store the calibration value or
press Mode to run calibration over again.
NOTE: failure to Store the calibration value will loose the calibration data and require
you to run the ADD POINT over again.
C) Edit Prod. Calibration
Allows a manual calibration modification of each flow rate point. A “WARNING” screen
will then be displayed, press ENTER to continue to change Meter Calibration Value.

Select Product to manually change Meter Calibration Value. Select Calibration Point
to adjust the current Meter Calibration Value by multiplying by the equation below.

Input value and press ENTER, which will display a “MODIFICATION” screen.
Press any key to continue.

Always double check to make sure the product calibration value was changed
correctly.
