Reset the SERVING COUNTER by selecting the
CALIBRATION symbol
to advance to the next
screen. Select the AUTO symbol
to move the
arrow (>) to YES and select the CALIBRATION
symbol
. The servings counter will reset to zero
and exit back to the Menu. (See Figure 27.)

SET CLOCK
The SET CLOCK option allows the manager or
service technician to adjust the control clock date
and time. The date and time may only be changed
after the freezer has been manually cleaned but
before it has been placed in the AUTO or STANDBY
mode. The following message will be displayed if the
SET CLOCK option is selected when the machine is
not in a brush clean state. (See Figure 28.)

advance the arrow from Exit to Change, and then

Change the time by touching the AUTO

OPTIONAL FLAVOR symbol
with the cursor
under the hour position. Move the cursor to the
minutes by selecting the CALIBRATION symbol
.
Once the correct minutes are entered, select the
CALIBRATION symbol
to advance the cursor to
the month. (See Figure 30.)

The Daylight Saving Time feature, when enabled,
will automatically adjust the control clock for daylight
saving time. To Disable the Daylight Saving Time
feature, select the AUTO symbol
to move the
arrow to Disable. Then touch the CALIBRATION
symbol
to save the new setting.
AUTO HEAT TIME
The AUTO HEAT TIME screen allows the manager
or service technician to set the time of day in which
the heat treatment cycle will start. (See Figure 32.)
