Assembly
First of all, choose a clean and flat surface. Split the parts in groups to make it easier
to pick them up and check the quantities against the packing list.
Use of the set of wrenches
OBS.
We recommend wearing gloves especially in assembling the disc sections.
Installation of disc sections
- Before starting the assembly of the disc sections check the correct position of bearings
and spacers according to the illustrations on the following pages.
- Use the wrenches (A) to tightening the nuts of the disc sections, one to hold the
axle nut on the one hand while tightening the nut to the other end; thereby preventing the
shaft from rotating.
- The wrench (B) is used to grip of the set of nuts.
- The wrench (C) is used to adjust the adjusting nut of the rear stabilizer.
- The wrench (D) is used for tightening the nuts of discs sections.
- The wrench (E) is used for tightening the nuts of the bearing screws.
