To start the harrowing recommend using an average opening in the disc
sections. If you need more penetration, increase the opening angle of the
rear section.
• The front section generally does not operates with opening larger than
the rear section.
• The wrought ground is always on the left side of the operator (closed side
of the grid).
• Try to make good finish between passes. Avoid the formation of windrows
or tracks without dig.

2) Drawbar angle
The holes (B) of the upper and
lower plates determine a greater or
lesser depth of cut, and carry out the
lateral displacement of the grid.
In normal service conditions, the
drawbar should remain centralized as
much as possible with the wheel sets.
• We recommend control the depth by the opening of the sections and use the
tires just where the grid penetrate excessively.
• The use of travel limit (A) determines less cutting depth of grid, while maintaining
the same depth adjustment of discs.

Tractor position relative to the previous pass - Sideshift
The lateral displacement
is used to best position the
tractor regarding the previous
furrow, avoiding track and
giving a reference to the
operator.

moving the header in the
