Assembly sequence of discs sections
Place the external latch (A) with the axis (B).
- Place The nut (C) passing 5 mm of shaft face.
- Place the discs (D), bearings (E) and the tabs (F) following schemes of pages 14,
15, 16 and 17.
- Now place the internal latch (G) and the other nut (C-1).
- Place the screw (H) holding the lock nut (I), along with pressure washer and nut.
Only the outside of the sections.
- Now using the keys (A) on page 13, do the tightening of sections, as follows:
1) Place one of the keys on the outside of the sections (locked side), leaving support
on the ground, as shown on page 19.
2) On the domestic side, use the other key and make grip sections, to get the maximum
torque.
3) Note that for the tightening of the sections, the same should remain "sidewalks"
with piece of wood or other object, preventing it from moving. (As figure on page 19).
- Finally fit bolt (H-1) and position the lock nut (I-1), fixing with pressure washer and nut.
IMPORTANT
• Check the correct side of the bearings and spacers according to the
concavity of the discs.
• The grease the roller bearings (CM) or oil (DM) must be mounted in the
section with a grease fitting or plug turned back.
•
Note that the bearings are front or rear.
