In the Menu Bar, click [Help] - [Data Display Format Settings], then select date
display format.
By clicking the help button in a dialog box, an explanation for that dialog box will appear.
In the Graph Window, by clicking on the

explanations appear the next time you click on a menu, an icon, or anything in
the main window.
