It is pleasure to be choose the BUMP & FEED Eco4 / Eco5 / 

Eco6 trimmer head. For correct and e

  cient operation, read 

and follow all instructions in this manual carefully before use.

WARNING

There is danger to you and surroundings as cars and / or 

windows because chips of head objects as concrete, stone, 

glass and woods are dispersed from cutting plane. Also 

chips and fallen parts of the head are dispersed, if the head 

is hit to hard objects.

PRECAUTION

○ 

Read and follow all instructions in this manual exactly, 

when operation.

○ 

The BUMP & FEED Eco4 / Eco5 / Eco6 are nylon line 

cutting head for glass cutting trimmer / brush cutter. 

 

Do not use it if for any another use.

○ 

When the head is lent to someone, this manual must 

be attached to the head or explain all instructions 

completely to the operator.

○ 

Store this manual carefully at the place you can read it 

immediately, if necessary.

○ 

Read and follow all instructions properly in the instruction 

manual of your trimmer / brush cutter.

○ 

Wear proper clothing and protective equipment as a 

goggle, a helmet, gloves and boots, when operation. 

Operate with using a wheel guard and shoulder strap on 

your equipment. (

Make sure that the latches of the housing are spread 

in the space on the windows of the cover outer edge.

IMPORTANT! 

The latches of housing fully spread in the windows of cover.

○ 

Check the worn-out of the cover and knob. 

 

Also change the knob when the hole is appeared on the 

place of knob. Check the chipping and / or cracking. 

 

Change the faild parts when it is found. (

○ 

Make sure that the head is installed exactly to your 

trimmer / brush cutter, rotating it by hand before starting 

the engine. Unbalance installation as ge

/ or noise will cause of terrible vibration and loose 

installation. (

Keep all persons and animals out of trimming area, 15 m 

and pay sttention to protect surroundings as cars and 

windows from

 ying objects, when operation.

Do not rotate the head greater than 10000 min

-1

.

○ 

Do not hit the head to hard objects as a concrete, woods 

and glass bottles. (

Slow down the rotation less than 4500 min

-1

, when you 

feed the nylon lines by bumping.

○ 

Stop the engine when you feel anything wrong matter 

while operation. Repair the failed part immediately, it is 

danger to use as it is. 

○

 rm the head is stopped, when 

you do any service on the head: cleaning the entwined 

grasses and vines, winding nylon line. (

INSTALLATION

CAUTION

 

Check the installation rotating it by hand, before starting 

engine.

1.  Put the housing on to the gearcase of your trimmers / 

brush cutters.

2.  Tighten the bolt / nut 

fi

 rmly that installed onto your 

trimmer / brushcutter, lock the drive shaft of your 

equipment. (

OPERATION

CAUTION

  Do not rotate the head greater than 10000 min

  Bump the head slightly less than 4500 min

-1

. When you 

feed nylon lines.

  Do not hit the head to hard objects ROCKS, WOODS, 

CONCRETE and GLASS BOTTLES.

  Keep all parsons out of trimming area, 15 m and pay 

attention to protect surrounding as cars and windows.

BUMP & FEED Eco4 / Eco5 / Eco6 are a trimmer head that 

feeds nylon line by bumping it to the ground. Operate the 

head at 6000 min

-1

When rotation less that it, cutting e

  ciency will be down 

because of loose tension on the nylon lines.

When the nylon lines are shorten, bump the head slightly to 

the ground to feed the lines.

HOW TO WIND CUTTING LINES

CAUTION

 

Stop the engine and make sure that the head is stopped 

before you do any service on the head.

the direction of the arrow on the spool

notches. Do not let the lines loosen. (
