■ Trouble shooting
A. No power on
ensure that the equipment is connected to the power supply through the adapter;
B. The computer doesn't recognize it
1. confirm whether the USB data cable is used correctly, and check whether the
USB cable is broken or damaged, and try to replace it with a normal USB data
cable, and do not use a data cable more than 3 meters to connect;
2. The USB port is not activated in the system (please check the "device manager"
of windows system);
3. The USB cable is not connected to the jack or is not connected to the jack correctly;
4. The sound card is not connected to the power supply;
5. Whether the driver has been installed correctly.
C. No sound
1. Check that the volume control knob of the equipment is adjusted too low, and
try to adjust the volume knob to the normal level;
2. Check whether the play software plays normally, try to exit and reopen to see if
it returns to normal.
3. Check whether the audio equipment is in the prohibited state.
4. If there is no sound from the software or hardware, check whether the software
and hardware monitoring knob is in the INPUT or PLAYBLACK position. After
trying, check if the sound goes back to normal status.
5. Check whether the microphone and speaker are correctly connected to the
equipment, please refer to the connection example for confirmation;
6. If using a 48V power supply condenser microphone, please check whether the
"48V" switch indicator is on.
7. Check whether the headset is connected well. Please try to plug it in again and
try again;
8. Check whether the audio device has been selected as this device. Please refer to
the computer audio setting instructions and play software audio equipment
selection for confirmation;
9. Whether there are other USB devices connected to the computer at the same
time. After trying to unplug, check whether the sound returns to normal status.
10. Whether there are other programs has operation conflicts at the same time. After
trying to close other programs, check whether the sound returns to normal status.
