● Chapter 4: Explanation of Screens
1. System Startup and Shut Down
(1) Startup

Turn on the main power switch in the Thermal Cycler Dice
®
Real Time
System III body back.

The power button on the front left side of Thermal Cycler Dice
®
Real
Time System is pressed.

The system starts. When Windows OS is completed, a splash screen
is indicated automatically, and Thermal Cycler Dice
®
Real Time
System software starts.

The home screen of Thermal Cycler Dice
®
Real Time System
software appears.
The equipment is warmed up until the lid temperature exceeds 102
℃
for about 5 minutes, "Stand by" status flashes on and off. When a
warm-up will be completed be in the practicable state, "Stand by" status
changes to lighting up.
