Slide the reclining pedal in.

Fix using the third truss-head screw.

Firmly tighten the temporarily attached screws.

Swap the reclining pedal and the base cover attachment fitting from left to right.

Remove the reclining pedal and the base cover 

attachment.

Remove the maintenance cover and the base cover.

Check that pressing the reclining pedal 
with your foot reclines the backrest, and 
lifting your foot off the reclining pedal 
fixes the backrest in place.

Attach the base cover and maintenance

This product has a reclining pedal on its left side.
Depending on the salon layout, if it is necessary to install the reclining pedal on the
right side, then swap the position of the reclining pedal from left to right in accordance
