System Maintain: click to enter “System Maintain”
submenu;

Auto Maintain
Open: set auto reboot time: everyday, every
week or every month;
Close: close auto reboot.
♦
Update: upgrade for the HCS-8130M series
main unit.
1. Plug the U_disk with all upgrading firmware
(for example: HCS_8131M_Ver_2.1.0.8.sw is
the firmware of HCS-8131M , and Ver_2.1.0.8
is the version number of the firmware) to the
USB interface on the front panel of the
recorder;
2. Click “Update”, and the system will update
automatically after reading the U_disk and
the firmware;
Note:
If the U_disk was not inserted or read,
a note of “No thumb drive!” will be displayed;
and if there is no firmware in the U_disk, a
note of “No upgrade file!” will be displayed on
the screen. Please check the U_disk.
3. Auto reboot the device to finish the update;
4. Please check that the version number of main
unit is the same as the firmware.

Reboot: reboot recorder;
♦
Power Off: power off recorder;
♦
Load Default: reset to the factory default setting.
♦
Trim data: trim the conference data, and mark
the conference log whose recording is
nonexistent.
Note:
)
Please make sure that the U_disk with the
capacity not more than 4GB and format it
as FAT32;
)
Please insert the U_disk before entering
the main menu to give ample time for
reading the U_disk;
)
Don’t power off the recorder or pull out the
U_disk during updating.
Note:
)
Conference data trimming can be stoped at
any time and the trimmed data will be saved.
