Process control of the meeting according to the predefined agenda. The agenda can be edited,
added, modified, or deleted in the meeting. The interface of the agenda control is shown in the
figure above. It displays the agenda list and the status of each agenda (done or undone). Select an
agenda from the list and click
“Execute”
to execute the corresponding operation.
