Transfer Options Menu
. You may change the transfer or call handling options for your mailbox. There
are two call transfer menus that can be displayed. One menu is displayed if call transfer to your
extension is enabled, and the other is displayed if call transfer is disabled.
The following menu options are available when call transfer to your extension is disabled.

Enable
allows you to transfer to your extension and go to the Enabled menu.
[Back]
Back
returns to the previous menu display.

directs you to the Exit Menu.

Disable
allows you to disable transfer to your extension and go to the Disabled menu.
[Chg#]
Change Transfer Number
enables you to change the number of the extension to which
calls are transferred (e.g. your voice mail box number or co-worker’s extension).

Call Screening
is used to define whether callers are asked to record their name before the
call is transferred. The person who receives the transfer will hear “
Call from <name>
”.
NOTE:
If the person to whom the call is transferred rejects the call, or is not available,
the recorded name is not saved.
[Holdng]
Call Holding
defines whether callers have the option to wait on hold if the extension is
busy, or to be automatically transferred to the voice mail.

Back
returns to the previous menu display.
[Exit]
Exit
directs you to the Exit Menu.
