5.2 Buttons Used on Gateway Management Interface
Submit

information. Users click
Submit
button after completion of parameter configuration on a page. A success
prompt will appearif configuration information is accepted by the system; if a “The configuration takes
effect after the system is restarted”dialog box appears, it means that the parameters are valid only after a
system restart; it is recommended that userspress the
Restart
button on the Toolpageto enablethe
configuration after changingall parameters to be modified.
5.3 Basic Configuration
5.3.1 Network Configuration

Basic > Network
tab to open the configuration interface.

Name
Description
Host name
This is the equipment name of a configuration gateway. The default value is TGWXE1. Users
can set a different name for each gateway to distinguish from each other according to the
deployment plan.
A host name can be a maximum of 48 characters, either letters (A-Z or a-z), numbers (0-9) and
minus sign (-). It may not be null or space and it must start with a letter.
MAC address
Display the MAC address of gateway.
