1.3.2 CON Port
The TGWXE1 provides one configuration interface (CON) of RJ45 interface for local management and
debugging.

The configured interface is connected to the RS232 port on the PC, allowing the PC to establish the
connection with the TGWXE1 by configuring a terminal emulator. The configured interface of TGWXE1
is in a 3-wire configuration: one TXD (data transmission terminal), one RXD (data reception terminal),
and one GND (ground terminal).
Please use a RJ45 to RS232 serial cable as shown in Figure 1 - 3 for connecting the CON port on
TGWXE1 side and the RS232 port on PC side. If the connection is established between TGWXE1 and
the mobile PC with no RS232 ports, please use the cable together with USB to RS232 converter cable as
