DTC-300 System Components
A DTC-300 system has two major components: DTC-300 electronic enclosure and the test stack.
Electronic Enclosure
The DTC-300 electronic enclosure contains the system electronics used to read and display the output of
the temperature sensors.
DTC-300 Front Panel
The heater control for each of the heaters is sensed and automatically adjusted by the software, and can
also be adjusted manually using the PID temperature controllers located on the front of the electronic
enclosure. The various parameter settings are preset at the factory and should not be adjusted or manipu-
lated without first consulting TA. These parameters are re-initialized at the beginning of each test to ensure
proper starting conditions. An independent over-temperature monitor is employed as a safety for the
device. The fault indicator on the front panel lights when an over-temperature condition is detected. Pres-
sure applied to the sample can be adjusted using the air pressure regulator and monitored on the built-in
pressure gauge. The movement of the test stack is controlled with the
UP/DOWN
