File Tree Mode allows you to select how the burned disc will be
read. In most cases you should leave both ISO 9660 Level 2 AND
Joliet checked. This allows wider compatibility of your burned disc
with most available CD/DVD readers.
Sub Channel Repair should always be checked. This function
checks the sub channels (of an ISO) to see if they have invalid
data, and if they do, will attempt to fix them.
