PHYSICAL CONNECTIONS
Analogue Audio
The audio interface presents balanced
stereo XLR inputs and outputs. The
electrical characteristics of these connec-
tions is detailed below :-
Digital Audio
The C310xr digital audio interface pro-
vides both transmit and receive AES/EBU
conectivity. Sample rate conversion is
standard on both input and output digital
audio signal paths. This facility allows the
user to connect AES/EBU signal sources
that are asynchronous to the codecs
network interface. The physical AES/EBU
connection is provided by a 9 way D-Sub
connector located at the rear of the audio
codec.
The pin out detail of this connector is
shown in the following table.
