Definitive implant
Lines are also present on the trial long stems to enable
better marking of the appropriate prosthesis height. select
the appropriate mark, then place the trial stem beside
the final implant and mark off the corresponding height
on the implant (Figure 93). use this mark to cement the
stems at the proper height.
sutures can be placed through the stem fin holes (smooth
edges) to reconstruct the proximal humerus.
