The number of minutes that the change has been opened. This number is
useful for understanding the age of the change. This measure is valid for all
changes that do not have a Resolved or Closed state.
Avg Cost To Implement
The cost to implement the change. This number is averaged across all of the
changes using the selected criteria.
Avg Cost To Not Implement
The cost to not implement the change. This number is averaged across all of
the changes using the selected criteria.
Avg Days to Resolve
The number of days it takes to resolve the change.
Avg Hours to Resolve
The number of hours it takes to resolve the change.
Avg Minutes to Resolve
The number of minutes it takes to resolve the change.
Avg Percent Complete
The average percent complete for the changes using the selected criteria.
