Problem Count
The total number of problems.
RFC Count
The total number of Requests For Change.
Closed Problem Count
The total number of closed problems. This measure is valid for all problems
that have a Resolved or Closed status.
Contact Count
The number of users that are attached to this problem. User types can be
different values, such as Affected User, Submitter, and Resolution Provider.
Open Problem Count
The total number of open problems. This measure is valid for all problems
that do not have a Resolved or Closed status.
Problem Assignment Count
The number of users and groups that are assigned to a problem. A problem
can have more than one person assigned to it.
Reference Count
The number of references. A reference can be different associations. For
example, Location, Computer, and Business Services.
