8. Adjusting Zoom, Focusing the Image
The camera is equipped with a manually adjustable zoom lens; it is also possible to focus the
image.
On the back of the camera housing you will
fi
nd two screws for this purpose that are labeled
“ZOOM” and “FOCUS”.
Screw both screws all the way out.
Behind each of the two screws you will
fi
nd a setting knob. To turn the knob, use the correspon-
ding recess on the back of the previously removed screws. Do not use any other tool!
First, adjust the desired zoom area (“ZOOM” dial); then sharpen the image (“FOCUS” dial).
If necessary, correct the direction of the camera on the wall bracket.
When the desired image section is displayed sharply on the connected monitor, replace the two
screws and carefully tighten them. Do not exert any force.
In doing so, make sure that the rubber ring sits correctly on the screws, since this serves as a seal
to prevent moisture from getting inside.
