The hood switch is located between two (2) aluminum
plates near right strut (same side as the mixer).
Switch is connected with small bolt to lower plate.

S U P P L Y T R A N S F O R M E R S
Small Transformer 220/11,5 V
The small transformer input is connected to 220V at the main
circuit breaker. The output is connected to terminal 37 +11.5V.
Terminal 39 is ground in the main power box. (See the 10.1
Electrical Connections table.)
Power Supply
The power supply input is connected to 220V at the main circuit
breaker. The output is connected to terminal 36 +15V. Terminal
38 +9V and terminal 39 are ground. (See the 10.1 Electrical
Connections table.)
The small green LED is on when the Power Supply works correctly.
If the LED is not on, reset the main circuit breaker. If the LED is
still not on, change the fuse on the power supply.

NOTE:
When you are working with the steam generator always
disconnect capsule from power supply!
The generator is connected to the wooden platform with four
(4) screws. Wires are not displayed in the figure. Nuts are in
metric system.

Required Tools:
flat screwdriver, 10 mm wrench
Removal
•
Remove protective cover nuts.
•
Loosen cable grip nuts and pull cover away
along cables.
•
Disconnect wires in cable #3 from heating element.
•
Loosen heating element turning nut three (3) turns
to reduce the pressure on the rubber retainer, but
do not remove the nut completely.
•
Pull heating element out.
Installation
•
Loosen securing nut and push the heating element
securely into the steam generator. Tighten the
securing nut approximately three (3) turns.
•
Install wires from cable #3 onto the heating element.
•
Close protective cover.
•
Install the two (2) nuts and tighten the cable grip nuts.
