Reactivating the pre−recorded message
Deleting the outgoing message you recorded yourself automatically reactivates the pre−recorded,
default message.
The outgoing message can be deleted by means of the menu;
Menu Structure, Page 164 (

lete MSG
).
The pre−recorded messages cannot be deleted.
Playing recorded messages
If new messages have been recorded, the visual call indicator flashes on the base unit and on the
registered handsets and the
%
icon appears in the respective display. A message in plain text
also appears in the displays of the base unit and registered handsets indicating the number of new
messages.
The incoming messages recorded are numbered in the order they were received.
The messages received are played back in the opposite sequence: the message last recorded is
played first.
While the message is being played back, the number of the message is displayed together with the
date and time of recording.
Initially, only the new messages are played. To play the old messages, start playback
of the messages once again.
