Acoustic and visual settings
You can define various settings in order to adapt the telephone to your specific needs:
Setting the ringing tone
It is recommended to set different ringing tones to distinguish between internal and external calls.
There are a total of 12 polyphone ringing tones available.

Key tones
The key tones provide confirmation that a key has actually been pressed. The phone can be
set−up so that the same tone is issued regardless of the key pressed (Setting:
Tone
) or different
key tones are produced (Setting:
Melody
). It is also possible to switch the key tone function off.

Acoustic warning signal, battery capacity
The acoustic warning signal alerts you to the fact that the battery capacity is low.

Acoustic warning signal, range
The acoustic warning signal alerts you to the fact that the handset is out of range of the base unit.

Equalizer
You can adapt the tone of the loudspeaker to your individual needs. You can leave the tone in its
Natural
setting or increase the
Bass
or
Treble
tone.

Display contrast
The contrast of the display (
LCD contrast
) of the base unit and handset can be set to one of 6
different levels;

Handset name
You can assign individual names to each handset (

Time and date format
You can define the format and the sequence in which the time and date should be displayed;
