Deleting a single message
Start message playback with the
button and select the message to be deleted with the
and
buttons. Press the Delete button once while the required message is being played back
.

Deleting all messages
To delete all messages and any memo that may have been recorded, press the Delete button
for two seconds.
Press the Delete button
once again, and all messages will have been deleted. You do not have to wait until the
end of the verbal instructions before pressing the Delete key again.
Note:
The delete process can be aborted via the
button.

Recording, playing back or deleting a memo
You can leave a so-called "memo" on your answering machine for other people who use it, e.g. your family.
Important note:
Before recording a new memo, any existing memo has to be deleted.
1.
Press and hold the
button for two seconds. After a couple of seconds you will hear automatic
instructions.
2.
Dictate your memo after the beep.
3.
Finish recording by releasing the button
. The memo will be played back. The display flashes,
indicating a further message.
Separate memo playback
To listen to the memo separately from the other messages, press the
button.
Deleting the memo
To delete the memo, press the
button. Press the
button while the memo is played back, which
will delete the memo.
