Deleting your own greeting and reverting to the standard greeting

button to listen to your current greeting message

button. Your own greeting is deleted, and you will hear the pre-
recorded greeting.

The following table shows the main display options.

Playing back recorded messages
The display will flash whenever new messages have been recorded. A number between 01 and 60 flashing in the
display indicates the number of
new
messages. If the display does not flash, no new messages were recorded. In
this case, the display shows the number of old messages that have not yet been deleted.
Press the
button. The inbuilt voice will tell you how many new or old messages have been recorded,
and the messages are played back. If new messages are on the answering machine, only the new messages are
played back.
Any internal memo that may have been recorded is played back first (for more information see Section 7.3).
With each message you will hear on which day of the week and at what time of day the message was recorded.
The volume for message or memo playback and for listening to incoming messages can be set between L1 and L5
using the
and
buttons.
You can jump forwards or backwards between the individual messages using the
and
buttons.
Press
button once => listen to next message.
Press
button once
=> listen to current message again.
Press
button twice
=> listen to previous message.
Message playback is stopped by pressing the stop button
