9.4 Firmware NUC Upload
Firmware NUC tables are in a CSV format and can be
uploaded one file at a time or as an entire directory. Each
firmware NUC table needs to be linked to its specific
exposure time in order to function properly. Not doing so
will lead to randomly generated exposure times and the
NUC will fail to perform as desired. Linking the tables to
their correct exposure time is described in Section 9.4.4.
9.4.1 Setup
1. Connect power and communication cables between the camera and host machine. See
Section 6.1
2. Transfer the Firmware NUC files from the original source to the host computer.
3. Open SVS ImagIR software and click the connect device button in the top left of the
software to connect the camera.
4. Enter the User Access password into the field on the bottom right of the software window.
9.4.2 Single File Upload
1. Click Upload NUC Table.
2. The system will prompt the user to select (0) thru (7) for the target NUC Table location.
Matching Gain and Offset tables must be in the correct locations for the NUC tables to
function properly. For example, if Offset_0 is loaded into (0) Offset 0, then Gain_0 must
be loaded into (1) Gain 0.
3. Select the file for the chosen NUC table. Clicking Open will start the upload. Click Cancel
to exit.
