• Install the driveshaft left bearing dust seal with the special

tool.

09913-70210: Bearing installer set (

62)

• Put the driveshaft assembly 

1

 into the lower crankcase.

• Install the driveshaft right bearing assembly

.

• Apply THREAD LOCK to the bolts and tighten them to the

specified torque.

99000-32050: THREAD LOCK “1342”

Driveshaft right bearing case bolt: 

12 N·m (1.2 kgf-m, 8.7 lb-ft)

• Install the gearshift forks

 as shown.

• Install the gearshift cam 

4

 with the bearing fitted.

• With engaging each fork end to the cam groove, insert the

fork shaft

.

• Apply THREAD LOCK to the screws and tighten them to the

specified torque.

99000-32050: THREAD LOCK “1342”

Bearing retainer screw: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lb-ft)

• Install the dowel pin.
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” to the O-ring and fit the

driveshaft left bearing case
