Position coupling in either the 10 o'clock
or 2 o'clock position. Ensure tubes are fully
insertd in the coupling. Tighten Band Clamps
progressively and alternatively to avoid
wrinkles in the liner.

INSTALLATION –
Part 1

Fasten the Reflector Hanger to the end of the hanging chain and place the Tube in the hanger (Refer to
Figure 12). Ensure that Combustion Tubes have the Burner mounting hole positioned at 12 o’clock and
facing downstream (Refer to Figure 17).

Join consecutive pieces of Tube using Couplings. Insert one end of both Tubes fully into the Coupling.
(Refer to Figure 13). These should be tightened as the Tubing is put in place, as it is more difficult to do so
once the Reflector is installed. Tighten band clamps alternately to prevent buckling of the sleeve, set to
Torque listed. Ensure that the weld seams on ALL other Tubes are facing down.
