WARRANTY ON NEW EQUIPMENTS
Bufalo S.A
. grants a warranty when selling new products to its dealers in order
to guarantee that these products are free from manufacturing and material
defects.
However, this warranty will be void if the implement is subject to structural
modifications or if the identification plate is eliminated.
Bufalo S.A.
will replace any defective piece. Allegedly defective pieces will
have to be shipped for their analysis so as to define whether the piece falls
within the terms of the warranty.
Parts that are subject to natural wear under normal operation conditions are not
included in this warranty and should be replaced from time to time.
