In addition to the information given in figures 27, 29, and 30, keep in mind that all the
measurements and distances start from the center of the planter and measured outwards.
The planting units that should be removed could be anyone, but we have chosen those
marked with an X because these would be the ones that would need to be moved more.
When separation varies, tube A (figure 31)
must be changed, the cardanic tubes that
transmit movement to the planting units.
This is done by removing the bolt that links
them to the crosspiece. The tubes are for
separations of 52,5cm or 70cm.
Keep in mind that when changing the
distance between the planting units, you
will need to move one or both of the
sprockets of the second drive shaft of the
drive system.
Loosen the square head set screws
shown as A in figure 32 and slide them
through the shaft, along with the planting
units, also controlling that the chains
must be in perfect alignment with the
sprockets.
The markers must be aligned according
to the new separation and the quantity of
planting units.
