G. Turn the control knob to the “off” position
and set the cartridge stop lever to the “off”
position.
H. In case of emergency, you can also switch the
cartridge stop lever immediately to the “off”
position.
I. Check that the stove is off before disconnecting
the gas cartridge.
J. For your own safety, always remove the
cartridge after use.
When the appliance has completely cooled down:
1. Remove the cartridge, fit the cartridge with its
protective cap and store it in a cool, dry and
well ventilated place.
2. The appliance should be cleaned of any
residues of food or fat after each use.
3. Set the drip pan unit so that drip pan/pan
supports are upside down. The appliance
should be stored in the protective carrying case
provided.
4. Do not modify the appliance.
