Parking lock enable (1) / disable (0):
If 1, the device periodically checks vehicle position under
parking status. When the vehicle goes off some boundary or
starts moving faster than the predefined velocity, the device
reports the Parking Lock Emergency.

Over speed limit:
If 0, the device does not check the over-speed.
If 1 and if the vehicle runs faster than the over predefined
value, the device reports an alert once.

2 : Enabled sleep
