Steps:
1. With roller in aft position.
2.
Locate 3/4” nut on port end of roller assembly.
3. Refer to decal on roller for proper torque value. Tension roller by applying torque
specified on decal; approximately 45 revolutions.
4. The roller contains a clutch mechanism designed to prevent over-torquing the spring.
6. Locate the bungee cord and carabineer, at the aft corners of the cover.
(May be inside the sleeve.)
7. Wrap the bungee cord under and around the roller.
8. Wrap once or twice inboard, towards the center of the boat.
9. Attach bungee cord to D ring.
