Q400 Only - Removal of rubber damper
Preparation
Note!
Switch off the wheelchair via remote control
Instructions
Note!
Suitable work area required!
•
Follow the illustrated instruction for removing the rubber
damper.
•
Rebuild the wheelchair in reverse order once completed.
•
In order to complete this, you must first tilt the remove the
drive wheel and the motor.

Unscrew and remove bolt (A) from underneath motor bracket
Tightening torque for (A) bolt is 9Nm.

Motor bracket casting will fall leaving the rubber damper
exposed, ready to remove

Slide rubber damper (B) out of the slot (C) located on the side
frame
