Q700 Only - Removal of castor damper
Preparation
Note!
Switch off the wheelchair via remote control
Instructions
Note!
Suitable work area required!
•
Follow the illustrated instruction for removing the castor
damper.
•
Rebuild the wheelchair in reverse order once completed.
•
In order to complete this, you must first remove the castor
fork.

1.
Unscrew and remove bolt (A) from underneath the castor arm,
screwed into the castor damper
Tightening torque for (A) bolts is 5Nm.
NOTE: Please place the serrated washer between the castor arm and
rubber castor damper located by bolt (AB). Then retighten bolt (A).

Remove the pin (B) located under the damper using the pliers

Rotate the castor damper (C) so that it un-threads from the
castor arm
