Removal of castor fork from castor arm
Preparation
Note!
Switch off the wheelchair via remote control
Instructions
Note!
Suitable work area required!
•
Follow the illustrated instruction for removing the castor
fork from the front or rear castor arm.
•
Rebuild the wheelchair in reverse order once completed.
Tools used

Using the screwdriver, remove the plastic coloured cap (A) from
the castor arm
NOTE: When refitting. align slot on plastic cap with raised ridge on
castor arm casting.

Unscrew and remove bolt (B) using the 6mm Hex key whilst
holding the 24mm nut under the castor fork
Tightening torque for (B) bolt is 22Nm.

Remove the castor fork (C) from the castor arm
