Fault
Ctrol power supply-flt
Possible
reason
CPS (Control power supply) inside the MV Station cannot work normally
Measure
-
Remark
The MV Station automatically reconnects to the grid once the CPS reverts to
normal and the grid-connection requirements are fulfilled
Fault
AC SPD flt
Possible
reason
AC SPD tripping, over-voltage protection
Measure
Replace the SPD with the same model after the device is voltage-free

Fault
DC SPD flt
Possible
reason
DC SPD tripping, over-voltage protection
Measure
Replace the SPD with the same model after the device is voltage-free
Remark

Fault
Grid-V-unbalanced
Possible
reason
AC side 3-phase voltage unbalance
Measure
Stop the device to check the AC side voltage
Remark
-
Fault
Encoding repeat
Possible
reason
Different 1.25MW modules have the same address
Measure
Check the dipswitch on the 1.25MW module control board, whether different
1.25MW modules have the same address. If yes, correct it.

Fault
Vdc-samp-flt
Possible
reason
DC voltage sampling fault
Measure
Stop the device to check and service.
Remark
Contact Sungrow
Fault
AC switch breaking
Possible
reason
This fault is reported when the AC circuit breaker is in trip off state.

Remark
-
Fault
Fan1-flt
Possible
reason
Correspond to the fault of the MV Station module fan 1 (left side fan from the
front view)
Measure
Check the functionality of fan after the device is voltage-free
