To prevent the risk of overheating in the parts which are around the heating element
(resistance) and the consequent serious damage to the machine, the machine has a
proximity micro switch located in the hydraulic circuit and electrically in series with the
heating resistance so that if there is no water circulating through the resistance (this is
refrigeration), the micro does not close, and the resistance therefore does not heat.
If there is a fault related to this, the machine will stop, and beep as follows:
8 beeps
pause 4”

This means error code F8.

Warning:
Looking carefully at the
electrical diagram, the pressure micro has 3
wires, bridging the contacts 1 and 3 will not
help, because the 2 is set to detect the error
code when the micro’s connection fails.
To check and see if the micro works elec-
trically, release the three wires, having first
taken note of their positions, and start the
machine up.
Then check the continuity.
Check the wash
motor.
